We know it can take time to adjust to a new mattress—especially if you’ve been sleeping on tired springs or all-foam beds. That’s why we offer a 60-night trial with every Haley mattress. Our EcoSleep Hybrid is designed to offer balanced, medium-firm support that suits most sleepers, but it can feel different at first—and that’s totally normal.

We just ask that you try it for at least 45 nights to give your body a chance to settle in. If after that you still feel it’s not the one, we’ll make returning it easy. Simply get in touch and we’ll arrange a hassle-free collection for a one-time fee of £99. And rest assured, returned mattresses are never resold—they’re responsibly recycled in line with our zero-to-landfill commitment.

How do I return my Haley mattress?

We’re confident that your Haley mattress will deliver the restful, eco-conscious sleep you deserve. However, we understand that sometimes it might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a generous 60-night sleep trial—designed to give your body time to adjust.

To start a return, simply contact our UK-based customer care team at returns@haleymattress.co.uk. Returns can be initiated after 45 nights from delivery and up to the end of your 60-night trial. To be eligible:

Your mattress must be clean, in good condition, and free from misuse or damage.

You must be the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

Photos of the mattress will be required before arranging collection.

Once approved, we’ll organise collection (a £99 collection fee applies), and your mattress will be responsibly recycled—never resold. We do this to reduce landfill waste and uphold our commitment to sustainability.

If your mattress is unopened and unused, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Please ensure it remains in its original packaging.

Can I exchange my Haley mattress for a new one?

At Haley, quality is our promise. We only offer exchanges if your mattress arrives damaged or defective. If you believe there’s an issue with your mattress, contact our Customer Care team right away at returns@haleymattress.co.uk. We'll work swiftly to assess the problem and arrange a replacement if necessary—because your comfort and peace of mind matter to us.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned mattress has been received and inspected at our facility, we’ll begin processing your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way—because at Haley, transparency and trust matter just as much as a good night’s sleep.

A slight dip in your mattress over time is completely normal and a sign that it's gently adapting to your unique sleep pattern. Just like a favourite sofa cushions over time or leather shoes mould to your stride, your Haley mattress naturally settles where you sleep most. This isn’t a fault—it’s a feature of quality, responsive materials doing their job.

That said, we set clear standards to make sure comfort never dips too far. If you notice a visible indentation greater than our tolerance levels (see chart below), and your mattress has been properly cared for, it may be covered under our 15-year warranty.

  • Up to 6 months: up to 25mm of settlement
  • 6 months to 1 year: up to 30mm of settlement
  • 1 to 2 years: up to 35mm of settlement
  • 2 to 3 years: up to 40mm of settlement
  • 3 to 15 years: up to 45mm of settlement

To minimise natural compression, we recommend rotating your mattress head-to-foot every 3 months—especially in the first year.
