It’s our way of showing you that we’re confident in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our UK-made, eco-conscious mattresses. From the first night to the fifteenth year, we’ve got your back.
What’s Included
This warranty protects your mattress against defects in both materials and workmanship. If your mattress develops a permanent body impression deeper than 2.5 cm, shows signs of foam splitting or cracking under normal use, or if the cover stitching or zippers are defective, we will repair or replace it in line with our coverage terms.
Coverage Timeline
For the first two years from the date of delivery, we’ll repair or replace your mattress at no cost to you, including shipping. After the second year, the warranty becomes pro-rated. Starting from year three, you'll contribute a percentage of the replacement cost, beginning at 20%. This increases each year by 10% until year five, and then by 5% annually, reaching a maximum of 95% in year fifteen.
Who Can Claim
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser who bought their mattress directly from Haley and uses it within the UK Mainland. It is not transferable. If you pass the mattress on to someone else, the warranty ends with that change of ownership. We require proof of purchase when processing any warranty claims.
What Isn’t Covered
To be transparent, there are a few things not covered under this warranty. It does not apply to body impressions that are less than 2.5 cm deep, personal comfort preferences such as firmness or temperature feel, or the natural softening of foam over time. Damage from improper use, including burns, stains, or spills, is also not covered. Nor is use of the mattress on an unsupportive base, on wired metal frames, or on moisture-prone flooring such as basement concrete. Finally, this warranty is no longer valid if the mattress is used or moved outside the UK Mainland.
Proper Use and Foundation Guidelines
To keep your warranty intact, you must place your mattress on a suitable foundation. This includes a solid base, a platform bed, or a slatted frame where the slats are no more than 7 cm apart. For King and Super King sizes, the frame must include central support to ensure long-term durability and alignment. Using your mattress on unsupportive or unsuitable surfaces may void your warranty.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your mattress has a fault covered by our warranty, just get in touch with us. We’ll ask for your original order number, a description of the issue, and photos to support your claim. We may also ask for details about your bed setup to confirm proper use. If your claim is approved, we’ll either repair or replace your mattress. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping unless the fault is confirmed.

Every returned mattress is handled responsibly. As part of our zero-landfill policy, we recycle every return and never resell used mattresses. It’s all part of our promise to protect your sleep and the planet.
