Keep your mattress performing at its best with these simple care tips:
🌬️ Let it breathe:
Upon unrolling, allow your mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room. A mild new-foam scent is natural and will dissipate in a few days.
🟨 Wait at least 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand before use to ensure optimal comfort and performance.
🔄 Rotate regularly:
Your mattress is designed to adapt to your body’s shape. Some compression of the materials is normal.
Rotate the mattress 180° every 3 months to ensure even wear. No need to flip — it’s designed to be used one side up.
🧼 Use protection:
Always use a breathable, washable mattress protector to safeguard against spills, stains, and allergens.
⚠️ Warranty will be void without a mattress protector.
🧽 Spot clean only:
Gently clean your mattress monthly using a soft brush — do not use a vacuum cleaner, as it may damage the materials.
If spills occur, blot immediately with a dry cloth or paper towel. Avoid soaking the mattress or using any detergents or harsh chemical cleaners.
🛏️ Supportive base required:
Place on a solid platform or slatted base (gaps no wider than 7cm) to maintain proper support and airflow.
📦 Handle with care:
Do not bend or roll the mattress once it has expanded. When moving, transport flat or use original packaging if available.
📜 Keep your warranty valid: Follow all care instructions. Neglect or misuse (e.g. stains, structural damage) may void your 15-year warranty.
